MDF wooden painted door or aluminium panelled door (according
to the architectural request).

Flush door of beach/MDF or white painted MDF timber, with door
handles of CYP5.5 each set.
Patio doors and windows, Externally
Double-glazing white anodised aluminium sliding doors and windows
for thermal and sound insulation, aluminium series MU3100 (colour
according to the architectural request).
Protective rails on upstairs verandas.
Anodised aluminium or iron made – colour and style according
to Architectural request.
Kitchen cabinets
Granite worktop, 2cm (Rosa Beta or Rosa Borino) with provision
for cooker, re-circulation hood, washing machine and refrigerator.
Appliances are not included. Kitchen cabinets handles from the
Company’s range.
Laminated chipboard internally, laminated external doors of wood
or white colour. Cupboard door handles from the Company’s
range of CYP 0.30 each.
Bedroom cupboards
Laminated chipboard internally, laminated external doors of wood
or white colour. Cupboard door handles from the Company’s
range of CYP 0.30 each.
Floor and walls tiles
Lightweight concrete above the reinforced concrete slabs for sound
and thermal insulation
Bath, shower and toilet rooms
Ceramic floor tiles at £CY 6.00/ sq. m, from the Company’s
range.
Glazed wall tiles at £CY 6.00/ sq. m, from the Company’s
range.
Kitchen wall tiles
Glazed tiles at £ 6.00/ sq. m, from the Company’s
range.
All other internal area
Ceramic tiles at £CY 6.00/ sq. m, from the Company’s
range.
Verandas
Ceramic floor tiles at £ 6.00/ sq. m, from the Company’s
range.

Concealed circuits and all other installations, in compliance
with the Electricity of Cyprus (EAC) regulations, with comprise
of circuits for light fixtures and power points for kitchen appliances,
TV, telephone; provisions for a/c units, solar heater and other
power points
Plumbing
Plastic piping for hot and cold water.
Cold water supply
From local authority’s mains in conjunction with a plastic
storage tank of one ton capacity
Hot water supply
via a dual system of electrical/solar heater
Parking area
with concrete finish
Stonecrete or paving tiles
(according to the architectural request) on swimming pool areas.
Boundary walls
plastered and rendered with Tyrolean sprits or metal mesh fence.

belong to G&V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd).
Common expenses will cover
- Landscape and garden maintenance.
- Pool maintenance.
- Pool chemicals.
- Water supply for common areas.
- Electricity supply for common areas.
- Insurance cover for common areas.
- Cleaning services of common areas.
- Property management services of the whole project,
not individual property management.
- Any gardening/cleaning equipment needed to perform
the above tasks.
- Maintenance of the facilities in the public “green
area” (Bowling Green, Garden area and Children Playground).
